Tracking

 bitvoodoo Cloud, Server or Data Center apps do not track any data from customer interactions.

License Information

When you buy your license (on Atlassian Marketplace or through a licensed reseller), the technical contact and billing contact information will be sent to bitvoodoo via the Atlassian Sales API. Please see Atlassian's privacy policy for details on how they treat your information.

• We may use the information to improve our products and services.
• We may use the information to customise our products and our website according to your interests.
• We may use the information for marketing and for market research purposes, including internal geographic studies, to provide, optimise and personalise our services and to inform you about other related products and services from bitvoodoo.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please write to the address below.

Transmitting Data 

Server apps

No personal information, nor information stored on the customer's Confluence or Jira server is made available to bitvoodoo.

Our apps do not transmit any data from your Confluence or Jira instance to bitvoodoo or any third-party.

Cloud apps

We do not store any user or content-specific data on our or any third-parties server. All data is retrieved live from the customer's Confluence or Jira Cloud instance.

Changes to Privacy Policy

bitvoodoo may make changes to this privacy policy if it is necessary due to law-related or technical changes.
