What? Like many other app vendors, bitvoodoo has decided to raise the prices for Server and Data Center apps by December 20th, 2020. Why? Atlassian's announcement for Server End of Life has caused a major turmoil in the app vendor's ecosystem. We expect revenue for Server apps to plummet by 2021. Since Data Center (DC) will not be an alternative for many Server or potential new customers, we don't expect a significant increase in DC app sales. We will still maintain and further develop existing apps in an environment of increased requirements and costs. That's why we cannot avoid increasing the prices of individual apps. Which apps? We have listed all the bitvoodoo apps affected in the table below. We have not increased prices for apps released in 2020. Cloud prices will also remain the same. How much? We think the increase is moderate: Between 11 and 25%, depending on app and user tier. Please consult the table below for details.
